Having spent the last 15 years in the legal field as a Contract Manager, Rachel Sneed has joined Welling Young as a Talent Acquisition Leader. As a highly respected member of the talent acquisition team at Welling Young, Rachel has a credible track record of recruiting and delivering on niche talents in the insurance market, especially within the automobile dealer market. She is partnering with our clients to enable their underwriting and wholesale brokerage practices and bringing the best talent to the best teams.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Loyola University Chicago. She has also served as a Dallas Court Appoint Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children.
A proud dog mom of 5 German Shepherds (mixed with Wolf and Husky), Rachel is known for her absolute love for fashion and exercising at her husband’s gym!
